How to Return or Exchange

Refund Processing

Once we receive and inspect your return:

  • Timing: Refunds processed within 3-5 business days after receipt
  • Method: Credited back to your original payment method (Visa, MasterCard, JCB, or PayPal)

Note: Bank processing times may vary (typically 5-10 business days for card payments).

Non-Returnable Items

For safety and hygiene reasons, we cannot accept returns on:

  • Knife Collection: All knives are final sale due to sharpening and handling
  • Base Layers: Undergarments cannot be returned for hygiene reasons
  • Gloves: Worn gloves cannot be returned
  • Custom or Personalized Items: From our Beretta Gifts Collection or other customized products

Defective items will be replaced at our discretion.

Exchanges

Need a different size or color in our Hunting Jackets & Vests or other gear?

  1. Follow the standard return process
  2. Include a note specifying your desired exchange item
  3. We’ll ship the new item once we process your return

Note: You’ll be responsible for any price differences and additional shipping costs.

International Returns

For customers outside the U.S.:

  • Return shipping costs are the customer’s responsibility
  • Original shipping fees are non-refundable
  • Customs/duties are non-refundable
  • Mark package as “Returned Goods” to avoid additional charges
