We take pride in accurate product descriptions for our hunting, shooting, and outdoor gear. However, slight variations in color or size may occur due to monitor settings. If a product differs substantially from its description, your remedy is to return it unused under our Return Policy.

2.2 Product Availability

All orders are subject to availability. We reserve the right to limit quantities and discontinue products without notice. If an item becomes unavailable after ordering, we’ll notify you promptly.

2.3 Restricted Items

Certain products (knives, firearms accessories) may be subject to local regulations. It’s your responsibility to ensure compliance with laws in your jurisdiction.

3. Orders & Payments

3.1 Order Process

Placing an order constitutes an offer to purchase. We reserve the right to refuse any order for any reason, including suspected fraud or policy violations.

3.2 Pricing

Prices are in U.S. dollars and subject to change without notice. We verify prices during processing – if an error occurs, we’ll contact you before processing your order.

4. Shipping & Delivery

4.1 Processing Time

Orders are processed within 1-2 business days (excluding weekends/holidays). You’ll receive tracking information via email upon shipment.

4.2 Shipping Options

We offer:

• Standard Shipping ($12.95): Via DHL/FedEx, delivered in 10-15 business days
• Free Shipping: For orders over $50 via EMS, delivered in 15-25 business days

4.3 Delivery Areas

We ship worldwide except to certain Asian countries and remote regions. See our Shipping Policy for details.

4.4 Delivery Issues

While we aim for perfect delivery like a well-aimed shot, delays can occur. Contact us if your package hasn’t arrived within the estimated timeframe.

5. Returns & Refunds

5.1 Return Policy

We accept returns within 15 days of delivery for unused items in original packaging with tags attached. Some items are final sale (see below).

5.2 Non-Returnable Items

For safety/hygiene reasons, we cannot accept returns on:

• All knives (Knife Collection)
• Base Layers (undergarments)
• Gloves
• Custom/personalized items (Beretta Gifts Collection)

5.3 Return Process

Initiate returns by emailing [email protected] with your order number. You’re responsible for return shipping costs. Refunds are issued to the original payment method within 3-5 business days after we receive your return.

5.4 Exchanges

For size/color exchanges (where applicable), follow the return process and specify your desired item. You’ll be responsible for any price differences and additional shipping costs.

6. Limitations of Liability

Shooting Gear Shop shall not be liable for:

• Any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages
• Errors in product descriptions
• Delivery delays beyond our reasonable control
• Improper use of products
• Unauthorized site access or data breaches despite our security measures

Our total liability for any claim related to your order shall not exceed the purchase price of the products in question.
